1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or using the Uro Care Hospital app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent, and you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides urology-focused healthcare services including:

Online appointment scheduling
Teleconsultations with urologists
Access to medical records and lab results
Medication reminders and follow-up alerts
Secure messaging with healthcare staff
Health education resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with prior notice.

3. User Registration

To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful and medical purposes.
Provide truthful health information.
Not impersonate others or share your account.
Not disrupt or hack the App or servers.
Not use the App for emergency medical needs — in emergencies, call local emergency services.

5. Medical Disclaimer

The App does not replace in-person medical evaluation. Information provided through the App is for general guidance only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment. Uro Care Hospital is not liable for any self-diagnosis or treatment decisions made based on App content.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal and health data to deliver care and improve services. All data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and designs in the App are the property of Uro Care Hospital or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Transmit viruses or malicious code
Scrape or extract data
Use bots, crawlers, or automation tools
Send spam or abusive messages
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
